The details that help the right guests find your cabin
A concise owner checklist: actual capacity, amenities, price bands, availability gaps, accessibility and booking policies.

A beautiful photo catches attention. The practical facts are what let a traveler decide whether your cabin could actually work for their stay. For owners, clear details can save everyone time.
Start with capacity and sleeping arrangements
List the maximum permitted overnight guests, bedroom count, actual bed types, and how many bathrooms are available. Explain whether your property is best for couples, families, multi-generation groups or larger gatherings. Avoid implying that a sleeping capacity guarantees comfort for every group.
Explain amenities with useful specifics
“Pet friendly” could mean one small dog with a fee or multiple pets with restrictions. “Accessible” should be supported by concrete information about step-free access, door widths, bathroom layout and paths—avoid a blanket accessibility claim. For hot tubs, pools, fireplaces, EV charging and Wi-Fi, describe meaningful limitations.
Tell guests where they will actually be
Location matters for drive times, road conditions and preferred attractions. A broad Hocking Hills address is sometimes not enough. Share a nearby town, access notes and any seasonal considerations, without disclosing private access codes or sensitive property information.
Share a realistic rate range
A typical nightly range and any major fees help us understand which inquiries are likely to fit. Guests still need a direct final quote from your booking system or property manager. If prices swing widely by season, say so.
Flag the dates you want to fill
Midweek gaps, winter availability, or short-notice openings are useful signals. We cannot guarantee occupancy, but knowing where your vacancies tend to occur makes introductions more targeted than generic advertising.
Make the next step easy
Give us your preferred booking channel and a current listing or property website if you have one. You can introduce your cabin through our three-step form. We won't publish your property or claim it is an official partner without permission.
