A few ground rules.
Nothing complicated.
These terms describe the basic nature of HockingBNB's independent cabin-introduction service. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Introductions, not reservations
HockingBNB collects voluntary traveler and cabin owner inquiries to help identify possible introductions. We do not guarantee a property match, an available date, a booking, or a response within a particular time.
Independent operators
Properties are independently owned or managed. Any booking, cancellation, deposit, refund, accessibility representation, pet policy, or other rental agreement is between the traveler and the relevant property operator. Verify all terms directly before making payment.
Information submitted
Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share. Do not provide payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive medical or financial information through our forms. Your inquiry may be used to contact you and, where you consent, shared with relevant operators as explained in our privacy notice.
Images and editorial information
Images are illustrative and do not depict a specific available or represented property. Editorial information is general guidance, not a representation of live pricing, availability, or lodging rules.
Changes
We may adjust our site and inquiry process over time. Significant changes to data use should be reflected in the privacy notice before they take effect.
