If you submit a cabin or traveler inquiry, we collect your contact information and the details you choose to provide about your property or trip. We also record the source page and basic marketing attribution where available.
How it's used
We use this information to review your request, contact you, and consider introductions that may be relevant. Traveler inquiries may be shared with up to three relevant participating cabin operators, as described next to the consent checkbox. Owner inquiries are used to consider potential traveler introductions. We do not represent that every inquiry can be matched.
Where submissions go
Form information is sent to our shared lead-management system hosted through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. We do not enable payments or accept reservations through this website.
Requesting changes or deletion
To ask about your submitted data, reply to any communication you received from us. If you have not received one, use the relevant site form and begin the notes with “Privacy request,” so we can identify it. Do not include sensitive personal information in the forms.

The cabin images on this website are AI-generated illustrations. They do not depict confirmed participating properties or imply availability. HockingBNB is an independent cabin-introduction service, not a booking platform or an official property operator.
